This is the first time we have purchased a property new from the developer and throughout the professionalism from sales personnel in the office, to the staff in the warranty office, to the trades managers that keep in contact to make sure everything is right and functioning correctly has been first class. Where we have had questions they were answered quickly and now a year in having had the warranty inspections, everything was handled quickly and professionally.
