We are committed to repairing any imperfections in workmanship and to replace or repair defective materials supplied by alliston for one (1) year following the date of possession. Our goal is that there are zero defects upon you moving in. We will come back after 45 days and then again after 11 months to provide a detailed tune up on each service call.

Your home is also covered by a 1-2-5-10 year warranty through Travelers New Home Warranty.

Materials and Labour Warranty

This home warranty insurance policy provides coverage for any Defect in Materials and Labour used in the New Home for a period of 1 Year from and including the Commencement Date.

2 Years

Materials and Labour Warranty (Delivery and Distribution Systems)

This home warranty insurance policy provides coverage for any Defect in Materials and Labour relating to the Delivery and Distribution Systems of the New Home for a period of 2 years from and including the Commencement Date

5 Years

Building Envelope Warranty

This home warranty insurance policy provides coverage for any Defect in the Building Envelope of the New Home that results in the failure of the Building Envelope to perform its intended function for a period of 5 years from and including the Commencement Date.

10 Years

Structural Defects Warranty

This home warranty insurance policy provides coverage for Structural Defects in the New Home for a period of 10 years from and including the Commencement Date.
