They do follow up and do ensure that things are done right. The contractors used were top notch as well. We started our journey in May 2022. We took possession of our forever home in June 2023. Alliston worked closely with us through the design and build process and responded to any questions or concerns we had promptly. Our home was done on time, beautifully finished with quality materials and workmanship. Any follow-ups we had were scheduled and completed without issue. Our one year inspection and warranty work was effortless and the minor work scheduled has been completed. Alliston uses experienced contractors who are exceptional with their service.
