We recently moved into our new home townhouse in December 2022 built by Alliston builder in Wolf Willow area.
I want to take a few moments to send a big shout out and thank you to our sales representative in Wolf Willow who was a total pleasure to get to know and work throughout our home buying process. She provided exceptional attention, care, and service by accommodating our schedules, sending us updates, and taking the time to answer all our questions and helping us with suggestions and advice when it was needed.

We are enjoying our new home. A great big shoutout to your warranty team who has looked after us so well. We have read about so many horror stories of builders making new homeowners wait months to years to address large and small problems and we want to compliment Alliston Group for quick responses to our concerns. My Family moved into our new Alliston home in Cornerbrook last year. Firstly, I would love to give a shout out to our Area Sales Manager who always responds right away, whenever we have questions and for accompanying us on the site whenever we go for a visit. The Site supervisor is awesome! They both really worked hard to get our place built in a timely manner as we had sold our existing house and my wife is due with our second child. We needed to get the possession date exactly on time. We love our home & the area where we decided to build in. I cannot say it was easy in this market with labour & product shortages, however Alivia and the team worked tirelessly to make it happen. The Warranty department also continues to follow up & communicate even after the possession to make sure that we are happy even after moving in. Thanks again for a job well done. Highly recommend.
Incredible experience with Alliston Group in Wolf Willow. Not only did Alliston Group give us an incredible deal, they actually walked us through the entire process. The area sales manager made herself available to us at all times of the day to ensure the process was as smooth as could be. It was my Wife’s and I, first time buying a house and Alliston Group went above and beyond to be honest with us, in ways we can save money and giving us genuine opinions when customising small details. This is the first time we have purchased a property new from the developer and throughout the professionalism from sales personnel in the office, to the staff in the warranty office, to the trades managers that keep in contact to make sure everything is right and functioning correctly has been first class. Where we have had questions they were answered quickly and now a year in having had the warranty inspections, everything was handled quickly and professionally.
