Position Summary

To proactively support, champion and execute Alliston’s Sales development goals. This position is tasked with greeting clients, providing them with tours and promotional material as well as gathering sales prospect information. This position will also assist with client follow-up and communication.

This position is accountable for ensuring that all interactions with clients are carried out with utmost professionalism and performed to the highest standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

All associated responsibilities will be conducted in a positive, cost effective and efficient manner to optimize performance and reliability in order to exceed clients’ expectations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest level of customer services standards in accordance with Alliston’s culture
  • Provide timely and efficient internal and external communication to ensure all clients’ expectations are met.
  • Responsible for greeting and welcoming prospective clients in a pleasant, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Always customer and work ready reflecting a polished and professional image

Execute Sales and Marketing tasks and associated responsibilities by assisting with the below

Greet clients, deliver a professional sales presentation, demonstrate home features/upgrades and answer questions

Provide prospective clients with current Presale Inventory

Gather client information and book sales appointments

Light housekeeping duties to ensure the sales center is client ready during all open business hours

Ensure signage and marketing materials are current

Experience and Requirements

Candidates will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills while working with official documents and correspondence
  • Beginner level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Sincere desire to provide “top of class” support and customer service

 

Education:

  • Minimum High School education
  • Preferred 1-3 years of Customer Service/Sales experience
  • Experience with HomeFront considered an asset
  • Previous experience with a CRM program considered an asset
