Tried and True damp-Proofing that won’t tear or leak. Upgraded spray foam insulation is standard for extra efficiency! We use 6” thick R -20 basement insulation to provide a really warm basement for years to come.
We ONLY use a high efficiency, two-stage furnace to save energy and lower your energy bills! We always include an upgraded MERV 11 furnace filter to eliminate remove a higher percentage of contaminants in the air that will increase indoor air quality and maintain the efficiency of the HVAC unit.
The roof is equipped with R50 blown-in Attic insulation made with recycled fibers to help keep the heat in. Batt insulation in the walls is made with a minimum of 50% post-consumer glass and is formaldehyde free. All batt and blown-in insulation products are produced here in Southern Alberta. Spray foam insulation is added in key areas to thermally break tight areas and ensure an airtight building envelope. This all adds up to a noticeably more comfortable space for its occupants.

Low flow Fixtures throughout to reduce household water consumption. All the fixtures use significantly less water than previously manufactured. Low-flow toilets for example, use 4.8 litres or less per flush, as opposed to 6 litres or more. Homes that require a water pressure regulator are fitted with one to automatically reduce the high incoming water pressure from the city mains to provide a lower, more functional pressure for distribution in the home. Reducing this pressure aids in the conservation of water. You can look forward to conserving up to 1/3, or more, of the water previously consumed and this will be reflected on your water bills.
